As a coach, I work with executives to help them fine-tune their performance so they have the capacity to lead and develop others. I strategize, guide, and educate on the skills needed to get real results. It’s more than personal development—it’s understanding how to make the most of every executive’s unique contributions to make the organization stronger.

BUSINESS CONSULTING

Business owners dream big, but often struggle to provide clear guidance to their teams. As a consultant, I ask the right questions to keep those dreams moving forward. By analyzing your goals and aspirations, I listen for discrepancies in how vision and expectations are communicated, and deliver proven strategies to help realize the vision.

As an experienced third-party resource, I collaborate with business owners to identify which areas of their company need attention. Together, we work to improve retention, elevate accountability, and ensure results.

MANAGEMENT TRAINING

Trust in an organization is built when people can rely on one another for technical knowledge, shared commitment, and mutual respect. The resulting synergy and collective effort move us further and faster ahead as a team and as a company.

Management trainings are designed to impart these leadership ideals as well as teach integral management skills. Coursework is customized based on your managers’ experience and future goals, expanding the right skills for the right levels, and making sure each individual has the resources they need to increase their impact on the organization.

WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP

Co-led by Jennifer Porcher and Lynne Biddinger, the Women’s Leadership Program is designed for emerging women leaders, managers, and female entrepreneurs looking to maximize their impact and build a community of support.

During this 6-week program, you will develop key leadership skills, build professional connections, increase mindful reflection, and improve communication. The Women’s Leadership Program features:
